The Placement Cell, Arifa Institute of Technology, organized a Campus Placement Drive in association with SPK Power Infra Private Limited Chennai on 12th August 2026. The programme commenced with the Welcome Address by Dr. J. Venugobal, Associate Professor, Department of Science and Humanities, who welcomed the management, recruitment team, faculty members, and students.

The Presidential Address delivered by Dr. G. Giftson Samuel, Principal, followed by an address by Dr. N. Asharudeen, Administrative Director, Arifa Group of Institutions. Both motivated the students to utilize the placement opportunity and emphasized the importance of technical knowledge, communication skills, confidence, and professional attitude.

Mr. M. Sivamanikandan, Head Recruiter, SPK Power Infra Private Limited, Chennai. Addressed the students and motivated them to actively participate in the recruitment process. He explained the importance of industry skills and encouraged students to face the selection process confidently.

The recruitment process consisted of a written/aptitude test followed by a one-to-one interview. Students actively participated in both stages and gained valuable exposure to the industry recruitment process.
